Comments I am responding to the request for a variance to renovate the
pre-existing garage belonging to property located at 303 Nelson
Ave. While I welcome our new neighbors I have the following g
concerns:
1-A variance was initially granted and significant renovations
have been completed before notification and a public hearing
were even announced. How did this happen? What policies can
be created to ensure this not occur again?
2- I am concerned that this renovation, while described as
creating "an upper level office" may be used for residential
space such as an Airbnb. Accordingly, I support this request
only if it excludes a kitchen or full bath.
