Board of Directors The residence at 86 Woodlawn Avenue. c. 1880's, is located within the City of Saratoga Adam N.Favro President Springs Architectural Review District. James Gold The Foundation has concerns since it appears that much exterior work has already been Vice President completed with no review by the Design Review Commission. This work includes Linda Harvey-Opiteck inappropriate vinyl replacement windows that do not match the original historic window Secretary openings,the removal of a window for a door installation, installation of cementitious siding Dmitriy Yennolayev and other synthetic materials,the removal of the rear wrap-around porch and the construction Treasurer of an addition. Construction,renovation,alteration or exterior change to a structure that requires the emeritus issuance of a building or demolition permit. Treatment of Major Building Elements 1. Doors. Existing historic doors and door openings shall be retained and rehabilitated whenever possible.
