Location: South Broadway/ NYS Rt 50 Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on July 15, 2022 . Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 21 , 2022 . Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: The SCPB recognizes the need for a Special Use Permit in the T-5 District and we have discussed the project's aspect of mixed use with municipal staff and the applicant's consultant. We note mixed use in this area of South Broadway to mean a mix of types or uses within/throughout the corridor, not specific to any one building on a parcel in the corridor. The proposed residential emphasis of this SUP and site plan is certainly one component of the corridor mix of hotel, bank, office, retail and automotive-based businesses.
