I believe that these maps will be helpful to the new ZBA members to observe the coverage of other homes in the neighborhood, confirming that this project is consistent within the community character. More specifically: - the neighbor to the South of this project has an approx. coverage of 64.8% with the garage - there is a 6 family building with approx.. 62.6% coverage across Woodlawn St. - The house directly across Alger St. from the project has approx. 63% coverage. Comparing just these properties, we believe that the proposed project at 56.3% coverage is within the same character of the surrounding community.
