Project. Submitted by: Leeanne Raga, Raga Family Trust, 50 Ruggles Rd., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Since public comments were not accepted at the ]uly 2022 discussion of the 44 Ruggles Rd. Project I would like the following comments on the record and addressed at the meeting. • If the recommendations for the Open Space Advisory Committee (OSAC) are accepted and the recom mendation to Expa nd a nd/or adj ust the orig i na I bou nda ries of the conservation a rea, movi ng the pla n ned location of the house a nd possi bly the d riveway" is accepted; tha n the appropriate Conservation Signage should be required to address the new and expanded Conservation Areas. • It should be noted that the 44 Ruggles Rd Project was originally approved in February 2020, however, the owner never put i n req u i red Conservation Sig nage u nti I May 2022. The req u i red Conservation Signage was placed 2 months after the March 2022 Stop Work Order. This is verified in the Stop Work Order issued by the City of Saratoga Springs. • If the Conservation Area is expanded/adjusted, it should be required that the city verify that proper Conservation Signage has been installed in the proper locations prior to the removal of the Stop Work Order. • Also, if it is accepted thatImmediate replanting in the violated conservation area" should occur, then it should be required that the city verify that the appropriate replanting has been done prior to the removal of the Stop Work Order.
