NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #20220706 of:
Thornton Subdivision
215 Grand Avenue
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.65-2-21 , in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for
an approval extension of a two-lot residential subdivision in an Urban Residential - 2 (UR-2) District with
the Planning Board who met on July 28, 2022 and made the following decision(s) with a 5-0 vote (In favor:
Torpey, Pingel, Fabozzi, Mayo, McTygue):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on July 28, 2022:
C� Issue 90-day extension from June 1 , 2022 (expiration of original approval).
Note:
- This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval granted December 3, 2021 and will expire
September 1 , 2022 if not further extended.
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on December 3, 2021 shall apply.
