To Whom It May Concern;
As the closest southern neighbor to the Wesley Community, my home has been adversely affected by
the drainage issues resulting from the last additions to the Community.
I view this next proposed addition as a benefit to our larger community, as the care provided by the
Wesley Community is well-reputed. My family was the recipient of such care, as I may eventually be.
However, the Community must be more responsible to its neighbors in the effect on the values of their
property and living conditions. I will expect that the City Planning Board will support the best
decisions for the neighborhood.
I respectfully request that the engineering report to be created for this development address the serious
drainage issues in the areas surrounding the Wesley Community.

I look forward to the meeting on May 30, and subsequent meetings on this issue.
