Hi Aneisha —
The Owner has chosen not to pursue the lot line
adjustment at this time to facilitate installation of the pool
and construction of a future garage. Therefore, we are
asking to remove the request for the lot width relief from
this application. The removal of this requested variance is
a "feasible means" by which we are choosing to limit the
number of variances required for the current project. The
Owner would like to focus on further renovations to the
house and as such pursue variances relevant to the house,
front stoop and rear porch only. A modified plot plan, with
lot line adjustment removed, is attached.

If you keep the current application, you cannot opt-out of
lot width relief. The Board would still need to request a
Planning Board advisory in light of the Lot line adjustment.
That being considered, the Board will not be able to act on
the request without gaining the advisory from the Planning
Board.
Your item is scheduled for the July 25 Meeting; Please
come prepared to discuss your project further, and the
Board may decide to request a Planning Board advisory at
that time.

Hello Ms. Samuels,
Engineering America Co. has discussed the ZBA application
with Ashleigh Edwards, the owner of 14 West Harrison.
She has decided to continue with the pending ZBA
application with the exception that she will be removing
the request for a lot width variance.
With the simpler ZBA application (one less variance & no
Planning Board advisory opinion), we hope that the ZBA
will be able to take action on this project at their next
meeting, July 25, 2022.
