STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN PLAN CHANGES, AUTHORIZATION, AND CHANGE CERTIFICATION CHANGES REQUIRED TO THE POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN: An increase of 59 parkinq spaces has been proposed to service the addition to the north face of the YMCA buildinq. Porous pavement has been proposed to treat and dispose of stormwater in these expanded parking areas. Additionally, the footprint of the building addition has increased in size by 5,587 sf. To account for this increase in impervious area the infiltration chamber field previously designed for the former building footprint has also increased in size. REASONS FOR CHANGES: In total, 11,129 sf of new impervious area will be created as a result of these chanqes resultinq in a required WQv of 1,013 cf. This WQv will be treated via porous pavement used in the additional parking spaces and an additional (20) SC-310 infiltration chambers to the chamber field.
