Comments follovci the original numbering in our March 21, 2022 letter. Comments that have been satisfactorily addressed are not repeated; nevci comments / clarifications are presented in bold. Site Plans: 1. Please provide a signed and sealed copy of the boundary, topographic and utility s u rvey. The applicant has responded that they vciill provide the signed and sealed copy upon final site plan approval. 2. Please shovci the limits of the existing easements on all sheets. It appears that vciork including erosion control measures, paving, proposed catch basins, and grading, may be proposed on Lot 4, ovcined by Excelsior Park, vcihich is outside of the existing cross-lot and parking easement. Please identify any additional easements that may be required to accommodate this vciork. The limits of existing construction easements do not encompass erosion control measures�inlet protection� on Lot 4. Please expand the easement limits to include all required vciork areas. 3. Please provide a signed and sealed copy of the Subdivision Map. The applicant has responded that they vciill provide an updated subdivision map upon final site plan approval. SWPPP: 13. The final SWPPP should: a. Be signed by a responsible corporate officer, general partner, proprietor, principal executive officer, ranking elected official, or duly authorized representative; and b. Include a signed copy of the Notice of Intent.
