A proposal for a the construction of 102 apartment units has created the need to seek a variance for the T-5 Zoning District's minimum percentage for lot frontage build- out. The required minimum build out along the frontage is 70% where the request is for 44%. No variance is required to meet the minum 12-ft build-to line. Location: Excelsior Avenue frontage backing up to NYS Rt 50 166.30-1-3 T-5 Zoning District Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals on April 18, 2022. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on June 16, 2022 after meeting with city staff to hold review from May 19, 2022 meeting for June review to consider along with SUP and SPR.
