A proposed four-lot subdivision on a vacant 2. 16-acre parcel located between Nelson Avenue
and Frank Sullivan Place. The proposed subdivison will create two 0. 15-acre parcels and a
0. 16-acre parcel on which are proposed single-family residences as improvements. The fourth
lot will be a remaining vacant 1 .70-acre parcel with the potential for further development as 9
additional residential lots.
Location: East side of Nelson Avenue between it and Frank Sullivan Place and south of
Lincoln Avenue.

Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact
Comment: We recognize there to be ongoing discussions between City staff and
representatives of the applicant as relates to the aspects of SEQR review, a segmented review
and that of a realty subdivision and, therefore, have no need to add to that conversation.
