We have rereviewed the coverages of the garage and house (with roof overhangs)without the covered walkway and have outlined them below. Area Calculations: Total Lot Size: 5,000 sq.ft. (+/-) Existing Main House Coverage: Main House with Roofs&Steps: 1516 sq.ft. = 30.3% Garage with Roofs: 843 sq.ft. = 16.8% Covered Walkway: 166 sq.ft. = 3.3% 2,525 sq.ft. = 50.5% (+/-) Proposed Principal Building Coverage with Cantilevered Addition with Roofs: 2,545 sq.ft. = 51% (+/-) Permeability: Total Principal Building with Addition: 2,525 sq.ft. (+/-) Walkways,Sidewalks&Patios: 485 sq.ft. (+/-) AC Units: 12 sq.ft. (+/-) Driveway&Parking: 395 sq.ft. (+/-) Total Coverage: 3,417 sq.ft. (+/-) (68.3 %coverage = 31.7 %permeable >25 %min) Accessory Structure: The existing AC units are located along the East side of the house at approximately 1.4'from the front property line along Adams St. and behind a stockade fence. As"Accessory Structures",the AC units are required to be located at 10'min. setback from a Front property line.The AC units cover approximately 12 sq.ft. (0.24%coverage). An additional variance is herein requested for the AC units at 1.4' setback instead of the 10'min.required. The units are located behind a stockade fence and are unseen.
