Area Variance: 100.feet". (Zoning Ordinance- Section 8.4.5.2). E Property owners can be identified via the Saratoga County GIS mapping system. Please find attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner address listed, in city provided envelopes which are available at the Zoning Department.
