RE: Lot Line Adjustment Application— 116 Crescent Street
Dear Ms. Barden:
Our office represents Wainschaf Associates, Inc. who is the contractor in the process of
building a residence at the above referenced location. The properties involved, of which there
are three (3), are owned by the Estate of William B. Fuccillo (the "Estate"). Unbeknownst to
all parties involved at the time construction began, the Estate owns three (3) separate contiguous '
parcels in this location as opposed to a single larger parcel. The enclosed Lot Line Adjustment
Application seeks the combination of the three (3) lots, as identified therein, to form a single lot.
Submitted along with the Application is the proposed plat, a letter from William B. Fuccillo, Jr.,
personal representative and ancillary executor of the Estate, authorizing submission of the
Application and our firm check in the amount of$300.00 as and for the filing fee.
