I ani writing to you in my capscin as the Personal Representative and Ancillary Executor
of the Estate of William B. Fuccillo ("l--suite"), my father. The Estate is the owner of the above-
referenced propeny.
I have been made aware of the fact you have been retained to prepare and submit to the
appropriate governmental agencies a Lot Line Adjustment application with respect to 116
Crescent Street. Please let this letter serve as your authorization to submit the application and to
take whatever action is necessary or convenient to process same.
