Address 30 Ludlow Street city Saratoga Springs State NY Zip Code 12866 Phone Number 5183308033 Project Name Private Club with Pool and Cabana Project Number 20211077 Project Address 74 Mitchell Street Comments I respectfully request the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board review and consider the appropriateness of the approval of a Special Use Permit for the above referenced project in relation to the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance 7.1.3 A (6) as an amenity to a HOA that is nonexistent. Any viability of the above referenced project cannot be considered without an established organization to assure it is viable. would also request the Planning Board review and have the applicant correct the Short Environmental Assessment Form submitted for this project with respect to question 12.a. The applicant submitted a No response to this question yet the SUP project application abuts the registered Union Ave Historic District and some of the parcels in the proposed HOA that the project itself is predicated upon are within the district. I believe this should be corrected in light of the importance that this area has to our City. Thank you very much for your time. Attach Photo (optional) Field not completed.
