Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals:
I, Marianne Tynan, reside at and own the property located at 152 Clinton Street,
Saratoga Springs. My properry borders the west side of David G. Chew's property
located at 18 Alger Street of the same city. I have no issues or concerns with the
present location of David's shed as it is and has been positioned in David's backyard.
Thank you for your consideration of my full acceptance of the placement of his shed,
particularly as it is in keeping with the rest of the neighborhood.
