Following discussion and evaluation, the Planning Board passed the following motions by a 7-0 vote(In favor:Torpey, Horton, Fabozzi, Mayo, Doty, Marshall, Pingel): Accepted lead agency status, evaluated part 2 of the short EAF, and issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration. • Issued an unfavorable advisory opinion on the requested area variance from the minimum lot requirements in the UR-2 district. If granted, the variance would result in two substandard lots in both minimum lot width and minimum lot area in UR-2. In addition, the maximum density in Residential Neighborhood-2 (RN-2) in the Comprehensive Plan is 7 units/acre. If granted, the variance would exceed the maximum density called out in the Comprehensive Plan and would result in 3 units on 10,675 sq. ft. or 12 units/acre.
