I have passed along your concern for additional fees to the
applicant. —
She should be taking care of this. (If not, let me know)
In the meantime, as per the Zoning Board's request for
additional information, I am submitting a chart with the
revised percentage of lot coverage to account for future
generator and mechanical equipment from 30% to 31%.
The highlighted area indicates this modification on the lot
coverage information.
We are also submitting photos to clarify the neighbor's yard
and drainage question. The applicant intends to use
drainage troughs and create a drainage system to direct
the water towards the rear of the lot.
She can also explain the night of the meeting.
I trust that once you have been paid, we can be placed on
the next meeting(?). Let me know.
