Construction I nspections —

• Pre-construction assessment of City a nd
private facilities
• Earthwork
• Vibration monitoring; set acceptable limits
A New SEQR is Needed
• This project has technical issues related to the construction unlike any in
Saratoga Springs. The City is unaware of any buildings built so far below
the water table.
• The City Engineering Department, The Planning Department, The Traffic
Department, and the City's consultant CHA are all telling you there are
technical issues to be corrected and resolved.
• CHA's letter dated 3-8-2022 not only agrees with these issues but
recommends a full evaluation in an expanded geotechnical and
engineering study prior to Planning Board action.
