The long view now of Washington Street will gone to all of us except 269 Broadway. 269 Broadway is mostly glass. Light pollution can be an offence environmentally and there are laws. A spring is underneath the building. Site. Building on a naturally occurring mineral spring is another environmental issue. Again I would be concerned about commiting several environmental violations. Please honor the intergenerational protectors of Saratoga Springs. I am a 5th generation Saratogian.
