Good afternoon Aneisha and Stephanie: As the property owners of 144 Fifth Avenue, we have no opposition to the proposed improvements for this neighboring property. Additionally, we are not willing to sell them any of our lot so that the existing and proposed structure would be in compliance. We hope that in the future, frivolous applications such as this can be eliminated by the simplification of zoning regulations. We find this to be a costly waste of time for people and businesses who want to invest in our community.
