Brief Description of Proposed Action:
The project action consists of obtaining Zoning Area Variance,Special Use and Site Plan approval for the development of a residential project
consisting of 102 apartment units within a four-story building on Excelsior Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs.The project is a redevelopment of an
existing site that includes a vacant brewery along with associated parking and loading areas that will be demolished to make room for the proposed
development. The project will connect to municipal water and county sewer and meet the requirements of the existing zoning.
