Hockey Locker Room Addition
Weibel Avenue Ice Rink
Dear Ms. Tucker:
Attached please find architectural plans, elevations and related materials associated with the proposed addition to
the Weibel Avenue Ice Rink.
Skidmore College has entered into an agreement with the City of Saratoga Springs for the long-term use of the
facility and the construction of a locker room which with serve the Skidmore hockey team and their staff. Skidmore
is responsible for all improvements associated with the project and has been in discussions with the Department of
Public Works during the design process.
As part of the process the Department requested that Skidmore present the project to the Design Review Board for
an advisory opinion.
The project includes a 3,700 square foot addition on the northern side of the building along with minor site
improvements.
The College looks forward to presenting this project to the Board. If you require additional information please let us
