It appears our attempt to purchase this building has fallen through. We can be removed
from the upcoming agenda.
Heather and I want to thank you so much for your assistance during this process.
Also, we would like to thank the board members as well. Their patience and guidance did
not go unnoticed and we are very thankful for that.

The Zoning Board has requested some additional information regarding your application for
a use variance to permit an early childhood private school to be used as daycare within the
Urban Residential - 3 (UR-3) District. Since you failed to show up at the last public hearing,
the board requested that the matter be adjourned until a future date.
Currently, your item is scheduled for the March 14, 2022 meeting; if you would like to
adjourn the application until a later date, please let me know beforehand. Otherwise,
