SARATOGA$PRINGS, NEw YoRi< 1 2866 Matthew Gutch ^cOK�'oR"rE° ��h 518-587-3550 Gage Simpson WWW.SARATOGA-SPRINGS.ORG John Daley, alternate #20211239 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF Top Dog Enterprises, LLC 1571 Central Avenue Colonie,NY 12205 Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not differ from the original application and approval,and that there have been no changes in the condition of the property or neighborhood warranting otherwise,the Board moves that the application of Top Dog Enterprises, LLC for the property located at 61 Van Dorn Street and 46/46A Seward Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcel 165-34.1.7 & 9 that was granted on July 6, 2020 for construction of three single fasnily residence and one existing single family residence in the UR-1 District,be approved and that the variance approval be extended from 18 months from the date that such resolution would have expired, January 6, 2022 with the new expiration date to be July 6, 2023. The variance shall expire on July 6, 2023 unless the necessary building pei-mit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Zoning Ordinance or otherwise further extended.
