Area variance to install wall sign for St. Peters Family Medicine facing Congress Street,
install panel for existing off-premise sign at the corner of Congress Place and Congress St.
and Install off-premise new Freestanding sign at Congress Place entrance within the
Transect -6 (T-6) District.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
City Zoning Ordinance article(s):
