The specs show 5'3" that is the correct proposed height of the railing there was a typo on the application where I put 3' in error. Please accept my apologies on this error! However, the height is specific as it will protect the Owners security when accessing the building using the code access panel. The restaurant (Solevo) uses the sidewalk and area outside of the entrance for summer months and Owners have had trouble with the door being blocked by tables, chairs, people. So it is a dual purpose railing in that it will ensure the access to the building is kept open and ensuring security for the Owners when typing in their codes to access the building from people sitting out side eating there. What do you need from us to get this to be approved? We want to get this installed before the spring months when the restaurant will be occupying the area. Thankyou. On the application page, it says the height of the railing will be 3'. On the sketch that was provided, it shows the railings at 63" (5'-3"). The Board could not approved the application without verification as to the actual height of the railing, and expressed concerns with the height of 63". Please confirm the actual proposed height.
