Ms. Samuels,
I have attached the following supplemental information for this application:
1. The accessory coverage for the condenser and pad has been incorporated into the site
statistics.
2. The shed enquired about at the meeting(see attached photo)is not on this parcel. It is the shed
of the rear neighbor.
3. I am not sure how to proceed with the patio question. Please see the second attached photo.
The area bound by the retaining wall has pavers on it, but they are the same material as the
driveway. Deciding where it stops being driveway and starts being patio is a determination
that will have to be made. If the determination is made that the patio commences at the edge
of the retaining wall, which was my original instinct, then it is only 8'-10-7/8" from the side
lot line as shown on the revised attached drawing.
