Board of Directors Aaa,,,Fa�.ro The 1886 Queen Anne residence at 722 North Broadway is considered one of the finest Pr�es�ae�t examples of the style in Saratoga Springs. It and its carriage house, designed in the same M��heieFun���eno architectural style, are contributing buildings to the Broadway Historic District listed on v��ePr���ae�r the National Register of Historic Places. The use of cast-iron she�ia speri�g railings is not appropriate far the Queen Anne style. If the Design Review Commission chooses to allow em�'�nGs the iron railing, the Foundation strongly recommends that it be a simple design. srar� The existing balcony railing of the second floor is exempt from the current height sa"'a"tha B°ggha'-` requirements per Chapter 12, Historic Buildings of the NYS Building Code.
