NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #20211240 of:
Top Dog Enterprises, LLC Subdivision
61 Van Dorn/46 Seward Street
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.34-1 -7&9, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for an approval extension of a four-lot residential subdivision in an Urban Residential - 1 (UR-1) District
with the Planning Board who met on January 27, 2022 and made the following decision(s) with a 6-0 vote
(In favor: Torpey, Horton, Fabozzi, Mayo, Doty, Marshall):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on January 27, 2022:
C� Issue 90-day extension from Feb. 13, 2022 (expiration of original approval).
This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval originally granted August 13, 2021 and
will expire May 13, 2022 if not further extended.
Note:
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on August 13, 2021 shall apply.
