Dear Mr. Kaplan:
I would like to request one more adjournment of the hearing in the above referenced matter
for reasons set forth herein.
We would like to submit a more detailed estimate of the cost to convert the subject premises
from its existing three family use to single family. I have contacted Bonacio Construction
who has agreed to give us an estimate, but cannot due so in time for the February 14`�'
meeting of the ZBA. I therefore request a postponement until the March meeting.
I am aware that Aneisha had expressed some concerns about the fact that tliere is a pending
violation notice and that tlie matter should be voted on as soon as possible. Nevertheless,
since �ny client"s livelihood depends i�l part on the revenue from the subject premises, I
believe it is appropriate to grant the applicant the additional time reyuested. This dwelling
has apparently been non-confonning since at least 2003 and it strikes me that an additional
brief delay should not be problematic.
