NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the Subdivision Approval Extension application - # I8.046. 1
Grand Avenue Subdivision Extension
485 Grand Avenue
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
involving the premises with tax parcel # 164.20-2-60, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for extension of subdivision approval for a 4-lot residential subdivision within the Suburban Residential-2
district.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II
action that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on April 4, 2019:
IZE Issue 90-day extension from expiration date of original approval
Note:
- This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval and will expire July 2, 2019.
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on October 4, 2018, shall apply.
