11 The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation has reviewed the proposed Saratoga
_ Springs City Center Flat. Rock parking structure which is immediately adjacent to the
Broadway Historic District listed on the National Register ofHistoric Places.
Board of Directors The Saratoga Springs City Center is a tremendous economic generator and important
gathering space for our city. The Foundation recognizes the need to accommodate

been removed from the proposal and replaced with a transparent pedestrian walkway, an
