Hello Amanda, With apologies for this last minute submission for the January 31, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, would you please share the contents of this email with the board members? We're writing to express our support for John Haller's application for a use variance at 69 Caroline Street. The idea of creating a non-profit, community workspace to cultivate and promote woodworking skills and other crafts is wonderful! It compliments Saratoga Springs' long standing tradition of appreciating and preserving the historic homes and buildings that grace our city and the skill it took to design and build them. It seems like an ideal use of the former Children's Museum building at 69 Caroline Street. As 37-year residents of the neighborhood, it is our opinion that the Saratoga Joinery would be a very welcome addition. https://m.saratoga-spri ngs.org/h/pri ntmessage?i d=7416&tz=America/New_York 1/2 1/31/22, 10:49 AM Zimbra We wouldn't be the least bit surprised to find that the children who have visited the Children's Museum all these many years will return to the neighborhood as adults to continue their quest for creative educational experiences. Thank you for your service on the Zoning Board of Appeals and for your consideration of this variance, Pam and Tom Funiciello 116 Circular Street Saratoga Springs Confidentiality/Privilege Notice: This e-mail communication and any files transmitted with it contain privileged and confidential information from the City of Saratoga Springs and are intended solely for the use of the individual(s) or entity to which it has been addressed.
