The information that you are questioning has been checked and it appears you are correct
there is an error regarding the inground pool sq.ft. Please see the corrections:
1) The existing home is 990 sq. ft of coverage or 11.8%
2) The existing above ground pool and deck is 432 sq.ft.
3) The new inground swimming pool is 461 sq.ft. (an increase of 29 sq. ft instead of the 312
sq. ft.)
4) The existing detached garage is 720 sq. ft.
5) The total of the existing pool,deck and garage is 1,152 sq ft or 13,8% of coverage
6) The total of the existing garage and new pool is 1,181 sq. ft. or a total of 14.1% of
coverage.
Therefore, our existing accessory structure coverage is 13.8% and our proposal is 14.1%.
This is a 0.3% or 29 sq. ft. increase. I realize the required 10% accessory lot coverage for
this lot would be 839 sq.ft. However, we currently exceed the 10% by 3.8% and are asking to
increase it by 0.3% which will not have a negative impact or create a safety or environmental
concern.

I was just forwarded this email from the property owner George Roman who I am
representing for the variance at 11 Bowman Monday night.
I appreciate if you could clear a couple things up. First, it references that we need to
provide percentages of the principal and accessory structures along with the pool
dimensions. This is all included in my application and narrative. Also, I see that the owner
received a zoom link that states you are unable to share. So, based on me being the
representative attending meeting I will need a link sent to me as well.
Please let me know your thoughts.
