NOTICE OF DECISION
IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION �ZOZOO634
MACKEY AUTO GROUP

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866
Involving the premises with tax parcel no. I 66.-I-5.2 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site
plan review for change of uses within an existing office/warehouse building, including I 0,000 sq. ft. motor vehicle
repair and associated site work in the Transect-5 Neighborhood Center(T-5) District.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7.5,the Planning Board classified this action as a Type II action and
therefore, exempt from further SEQRA review.
And, in accordance with objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance, chapter
240, article 7.2 "Site Plan Review",the Planning Board issues the following decision on November I 9, 2020
(passed 7-0 in favor: Torpey, Horton, Fabozzi, Boivin, Bonitatibus, Mayo, Doty)with the following conditons:
I. Waiver granted for construction of up to four additional parking spaces.
2. The existing parking area shall be repaved and restriped.
3. The applicant shall maintain the recently installed vegetated buffer in the rear of the site adjacent to
Ormandy Lane.
4. The dumpster enclosure to be constructed per detail on the site plan.
The applicant is required to:
I. Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City per Article
7.2.I 5 of the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance. This must occur prior to final signature by the
Planning Board Chair.
2. Submit one (I) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved site plans for signature by the Planning
Board Chair within ei�hteen (I 8) months of approval as per Article 7.2.I 2 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Note: this approval shall expire within eighteen (I 8) months of the signature of final plans if the applicant has not
started actual construction as per Article 7.2.I 4 of the Zoning Ordinance.
