Brief Description of Proposed Action:
Stewart's Shops currently operates a Stewart's Express at 177 South Broadway. The Express brand does not include the full offerings of a Stewart's
Shop and Stewart's wishes to expands. Stewart's controls 177 South Broadway via long-term lease and 28 Lincoln ave via purchase option. Upon
successful approval,Stewart's will raze 28 Lincoln for construction of the new facility and then upon its completion raze the building at 177 South
Broadway. The existing gasoline canopy is going to remain with equipment swapped out.
