RE: Price Chopper Store#158
Dear Ms. Merriman,
I sincerely appreciate all of the assistance that you provided me over the past few weeks leading up to our
submission, of the required documentation, in order to appear before the DRC. Please find attached
herewith the following information:
9 Application fee of$125
• Architectural Review Application executed by the Owner and the Lessee
• Site Plan locating our building, existing parking, and existing site features to remain
• Documentation of existing building exterior aesthetics and adjacent structures
• Proposed Building elevations with color chips and vinyl applique samples attached
• Existing and Proposed Building Signage
• Additional Vinyl Applique samples of a larger size not attached
The intent of the exterior upgrade is to more closely align the Market 32 with our new Brand colors those
being more consistent with current and longer term trends. In our professional opinion the colors are
compatible with the adjacent structures and we hope that the Commission agrees. Our proposed signage
upgrades are of a less total square footage than the existing.
If you need any revisions or additional information please do not hesitate to call me at 585.232.5577 x
228. We are prepared to appear before the Commission at the earliest availability. We will bring larger
format copies of the boards to present at that time but felt that the 12 x 18 would be easier for review
purposes and to place in a file. The signage information is on an 11 x 17 per the instructions.
Once again thank you so much for your help and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
)ftld -
