Easement/Deeded Covenant: This building was formerly subject to an easement/deeded covenant in favor of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, Inc. (SSPF) which required SSPF to approve any change to the exterior of the building. A copy of the deed dated June 12, 1980 (Book 1040, page 691) which created this easement/deeded covenant is attached hereto.
