RE: SCPB Referral Review #21-154-Site Plan Review-Rood & Riddle Real Estate
A modification to a plan referred in 2013 and a 2015 city-approved site plan seeking an
additional seven horse stables within the original expansion area for the existing equestrian
hospital.
Location: Henning Road (Union Ave/NYS 9P)
Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on December 6, 2021.
Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on December 16, 2021
Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact
Comment:
Reviewed as a barn addition or expansion involving seven more stalls from a
2015 plan to expand a pre-existing use. Involved also a SUP and area variance. All were
previously reviewed by SCPB, SEQR was considered and now plan is coming back for what was
already seen (but not for the barn, as city does not do amendments to site plans).
