Location: Henning Road (Union Ave/NYS 9P) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on December 6, 2021. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on December 16, 2021 Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: Reviewed as a barn addition or expansion involving seven more stalls from a 2015 plan to expand a pre-existing use. Involved also a SUP and area variance.
