ACTION: Motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration - passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Totino, Bristol, Fabozzi, Horton, Ryan, Jenks). 4. FLAT ROCK CENTRE PARKING STRUCTURE, High Rock/Lake/Maple avenues, advisory discussion on the proposed parking structure within the Transect-6 Urban Core District.
