RE: Area Variances Advisory Opinion to the ZBA
Glenmore Avenue- proposed six-lot Subdivision-PB Project#18.001.1
Dear Bill,
Pursuant to your letter of December 19, 2017 the Planning Board has reviewed your request for an
advisory opinion on the above noted project.Your request was reviewed at our January 18,2018 and
February 15,2018 meetings.The Planning Board understands that the applicant proposes to subdivide
the existing parcel into six lots.
With the above consideration, a favorable advisory opinion was supported by a 7-0 vote of the
Planning Board(In favor: Torpey, Totino, Van Wagner, Casey, Fabozzi, Wolfson). The Planning
Board also assumed SEQR lead agency status, completed the required SEQR review and issued a
SEQR negative declaration for the project-passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Totino, Van Wagner,
Bristol, Casey, Fabozzi, Wolfson).
