# 165.66-2-70. I , within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Type II action — exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.4 Historic Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on April 3,
2019:
El Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: windows to be Marvin-brand, or equivalent; siding to be cedar
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
