In the matter of the application

involving Architectural Review of signage changes from "Rite Aid" to "Walgreens" within the Transect-5
Neighborhood district, tax parcel # I65. 14-2-7, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Type II action — exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on
April 3, 2019:
El Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
