NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

The Springs EV Chargers

involving Architectural Review of the installation of 3 EV charging stations within the Transect-4/Transect-
5 district, tax parcels # I66.-2-3 and 153.- I -23, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Type II action — exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on
April 3, 2019:
El Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by R DuBoff: passed 4-0
