To permit the modification of the original approval signed by the Planning Board Chair on May 31 , 20 13 in the
following manner and with the following conditions:
- Use an existing driveway over the previously approved private road identified as Monna Lane for access to lots
1 , 2 and 3 Meadowbrook Rd.
-Deed of easement language provided for dock, no-cut buffer, utilities, driveway was provided on Mar,. 14, 2019
and approved by the Assistant City Attorney on Mar. 29, 2019.
-Final map with last revision date of Sept. 8, o l 8 to be fi ed along with easements.
-These easements shall be signed and filed at the Saratoga County Clerk's Office and certification of filing to be
provided to the City within 30 days of the closing/conveyance of lots and prior to any building permits issued on
lots I and 2.
The Chairperson of the Planning Board finds that, in accordance with Article V in the City's Subdivision
Regulations, the requested action is non-substantive in nature and is not contrary to the intent of the original
approval . Therefore, the request for administrative action, as described above, is approved.
