Comments Dear Zoning Board of Appeals, Since we are unable to attend
the April 8th meeting, wed like to submit comments related to
the Trautner application at 232 Ne.son Avenue, First, we are in
support of the rebuilding of the front porch. which at present
seems to present a safety hazard. Reconstruction cf the front of
the house wi'l also add to the house's curb appeal. so we are
very pleased that the owners plan to undertake this, Our single
question concerns the parking area in front of the house, which
has been expanded fairly recently and which seems at odds
with both the neighborhood context and the city's rules for the
location of parking. Its hard to tell whether the new plan will
eliminate the front parking-7 We would be in support of such
elimination. Thanks for your consideration.

comments Dear Zonlng Board of Appeals. We apologize fof not being able
to attend the April 8th meeting, However,we would like to
subro comments related to the Trautner application at 232
Nelson Avenue.First,we are in support of the rebuilding of the
front porcr, which we feel will improve the curb appeal of the
'louse. We are excited the owners have decided to take on this
proiect and feel the design falls in line with the neighborhood.
We do have a question regarding the parking area in front of
the house. This has been expanded by the current
homeowners in the pest couple of years and does not fit within
the context of the neighborhood We are also concerred about
the parking ability and obstruction of the sidewalk if and when a
vehicle is parked on the expanded area The plans were not
clear as to whetrier this area will return to green space. but we
would be in support of elimination of the extra parking area.
