The primary reason for that is that the property known as 37 Arrowhead Road which historically has had two (2) single family residences on it cannot be sold because of the existence of the two(2)principal uses. I am enclosing to you for distribution to the members of the Planning Board, the"Property History Detail"pertaining to this parcel that runs for approximately two(2)years and is defined by the fact that there are people interested in the location but they do not wish to buy two independent single-family homes. This financial hardship view of this Project would more pertain to a"Use Variance" but I thought it would be relevant for the"Area Variance"that we are seeking.
